That’s why I created “Hope in Hard Hats.”

It’s a presentation built specifically for men in construction: real, relatable, and grounded in lived experience.

I come from three generations of construction workers and in 2022 I lost my 16-year-old brother to suicide. That loss led me to leave the trades and become a clinical social worker, where I now help men navigate the same struggles my family faced.
